Thermal Properties of Matter

The Matter is defined as any substance that has mass and occupies space. Although on the microscopic level all matter is made from atoms or molecules, everyday experience tells us that the three states have very different properties. The temperature of the matter defines the state of it. Also, there are other temperature-related properties of matter like thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity and so on. The aim of this book is to examine some of these properties and the underlying physics.
