Electrodynamics: A Modern Approach

Electrodynamics is a foundational theory that is well known to every student of physics and of electrical engineering. This book compiles state of the art research and developments on the principles of electrostatics. This book gives a cursory overview of the basic ideas of stochastic electrodynamics, of the successes of the theory, and of its connections to quantum theory. In addition, the book focuses on the nature of the electromagnetic energy radiated over a single period of oscillation by an antenna working in frequency domain under ideal conditions and without losses when the oscillating charge in the antenna is reduced to the elementary charge.
